Shagufta Anjum
Shagufta is an experienced practitioner who has built upon her professional and academic work experience over the last decade, gradually moving into the role of a researcher. During her stint as a teacher in a Government school, she explored the dominant social imaginaries of childhood which further upgraded her understanding of challenges inherent in the dissemination of education across rural and urban communities in India. Having completed Master in Education (M.Ed.) from University of Delhi, she has a well-researched understanding of the paradigms and processes of social research and is well-equipped with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. She has also participated and presented research papers in national and international conferences.
Her areas of interest overlap with a myriad of combinations primarily focusing on Education 2030 Agenda which is encapsulated in UNESCO’s SDGs. Her motto of learning, re-learning and un-learning has made her a lifelong learner who is always on the lookout for challenging and intellectually stimulating opportunities.
