Anita Anand
Anita is a development and multimedia communications specialist, with expertise in organisational development, analysis and formulation of policy, planning and advocacy. She has worked with national, regional and international institutions, government agencies, civil society organisations, the UN System and formal and informal networks, based in the US and Italy.

Anita Khemka
Anita Khemka (b. 1972) read English Literature from Delhi University and Visual Merchandising from La Salle, Singapore before she decided to become a photographer in 1996. Her photographic praxis has since been a constant endeavor to find meaning in the relations with the people in her life and their identities as people, ideas or communities.

Deepak Dwivedi
As a tireless campaigner for the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Deepak is considered to be up there among the very best in the global news media. With over three decades in news media with leading news papers Deepak Dwivedi started his Journalism career with Blitz leading weekly tabloid with focus on investigative journalism.

Simon Ingram
Simon’s entry into the world of international development came via journalism. Indeed the two strands of his career have remained intertwined ever since. But his professional journey actually began as a volunteer English teacher in southern Egypt. It was his first opportunity to see the vast gulf between his comfortable middle-class background in the UK, and the grinding poverty of the Middle East’s most populous nation.

Sumitra Mukherjee
A Post Graduate from Bhopal University, Sumitra brings 30+ years of experience from humanitarian and development projects of India, Afghanistan, Namibia, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan and Syria. She is a Strategic cost-effective manager, a solution seeker and passoinate social worker. Currently working as Country Director DRC Bangladesh. She understands the challenges of developing countries and displaced population and try to find ways on how to serve their need.

Dr. Syed Karam Shah
Dr. Syed Karam Shah is the main pioneer of Tuberculosis Control in Pakistan. He acquired post graduate specialization in Thoracic and Chest Diseases (DTCD) from the University of Karachi, and the Epidemiology of Tuberculosis from Japan in 1988. After remaining as the Provincial TB Control Manager in the Government of Balochistan, he was appointed the first National Manager of Pakistan’s National Tuberculosis Control Program in 2000 .

Kumar M Tiku
Founder
As director and founder of Guftugu Foundation (a registered non-profit under the Indian Companies Act), Kumar swears by the power of human conversations for human development. He believes in making voices count for sparking the power of participation through sharing of knowledge of the land. He designs dialogues and dialogue spaces in vernacular to alleviate development stasis and enable progress on the Sustainable Development Goals.

Rohit Dhar
Co Founder
Rohit Dhar is what you would describe as a consummate publishing whiz, having soiled his hands in the industry for more than 30 years. Skilled in Educational Publishing, Editing, Publications, and Text Editing are his forte. He brings a light touch and old-world passion to planning and developing strong publishing lists. Born and raised in the lap of the most enchanting Kashmir valley, Rohit worked his way up from teaching junior school levels to educational publishing.

Murali Thangam
Murali is a veteran techie with expertise in IT Services & Systems Integration. He brings to the Foundation strong and hands-on domain knowledge of the most cutting edge Web technologies, MIS and Cyber Management. His comprehensive troubleshooting experience, with strong cyber-security orientation helps the Foundation to assess, build and manage its IT and cyber capabilities,

Prashun Mazumdar
Prashun is a Delhi-based independent filmmaker and journalist. He has produced and co-directed long form documentaries and features for Al Jazeera, France 24, Channel News Asia, DW and ABC among others. A graduate of Delhi University, he has also contributed to pieces for The Telegraph (Calcutta), The Indian Express, USA Today, Le Monde and Los Angeles Times. His work deals with themes of human rights, personal journeys, culture and politics.

Suyash Shrivastava
Suyash is a DOP and video journalist based in Delhi. After graduating from the Asian College of Journalism in Chennai, Suyash worked with ANI and Babel Press as a video journalist. Prior to that, he was a jockey at Radio Mirchi. Suyash has produced features and news docs for France 24, Arte, TF1, M6 and RTS Swiss among others. He is passionate about telling stories about community and people-driven change.

Shagufta Anjum
Shagufta is an experienced practitioner who has built upon her professional and academic work experience over the last decade, gradually moving into the role of a researcher. During her stint as a teacher in a Government school, she explored the dominant social imaginaries of childhood which further upgraded her understanding of challenges inherent in the dissemination of education across rural and urban communities in India.
